Jim Stephens

Jim has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, entitlements, asset management and leasing of commercial, multi-family and mixed-use properties. Prior to Jim's role at Evergreen, he served as Vice President of Development at Browman Development Company, Inc., where he played an integral role in the development, redevelopment, and asset management of real estate valued at over $1 Billion. As President of Evergreen Housing Development Group, Jim is primarily charged with growing the company portfolio through successful site acquisition, development, finance, and construction execution.
